I have had the pleasure of interacting with Pitmon Foxall on food defense issues for the last five years. He has been an active participant in several Food Defense Intentional Adulteration trainings led by the Food Protection and Defense Institute. I recently worked with him on a Food Defense Awareness project for his previous employer.
